I see fashion as a form of self expression and art. It allows people to express themselves conveying values, beliefs, and aspirations through the clothes they wear. As a photographer, I am extremely captivated by the different ways in which people use fashion to tell stories. It’s one of the reasons I’m involved in this community which inspires me to create narratives and capture them in my work. As a graphic designer, I love branding as it sets the values, identity and visual direction of an organization. By combining graphic design and fashion photography, I can be placed in a position where I can help a clothing brand define its identity as well as executing its visual direction.
